If you feel stuck, you might want to make an appointment to see one of our personal fitness trainers. You might find that working one-on-one is the right way for you to exercise — or you might ask the trainer to guide you through a workout program to help you meet your fitness goals (see the link "Personal Training" under the "Workout" tab).
