Class Descriptions

Cardio Core - This energizing class blends strength and cardio into one efficient workout.  Start with 20 minutes of body weight and core-focused strength exercises and then hop on the bike for 20 minutes of heart-pumping cycling.  Finish with 5 minutes of stretching.  This class is held in person only.

Cardio Drum - A super fun cardio workout that combines drumming and traditional aerobic exercise movements.  This class is held in person or via Zoom.

Hatha Yoga - Encompassing all yoga styles, Hatha Yoga includes relaxation and flexibility poses that focus on stretching, strengthening, and bringing balance to the body and mind. This class is held in person only.

Recess - Channel your inner child in this intense, but fun, circuit-style training class designed to improve strength, balance, speed, agility and power.  This class is held in person only.

Ripped Express - A fun-filled sweat-inducing sports-based choreographed cardio and strength training workout.  This class is held in person or via Zoom.

Step and Strength - This is a choreographed cardio workout that involves a segment of stepping up and down on a platform followed by a segment of strength training.  This class is held in person only.

Strictly Strength & Core - A full-body strength training workout designed to build strength, endurance and power.  This class is held in person or via Zoom.

Tai Chi - An ancient form of exercise originating in China, Tai Chi promotes a healthy body and mind.  Consisting of whole body movement, gentle flowing exercises, mind focus and breath awareness.  It can help manage stress, cultivate mindfulness, and improve strength and balance.  This class is held in person only.

Zumba® Toning - A blend of Zumba® moves and body sculpting techniques using maraca-like Zumba® toning sticks for an intense strength-training experience.  This class is held in person only.
