Attendance at the 2024 RAAINS Workshop is open to U.S. citizens and permanent residents, and does not require a security clearance. However, the AI Applications session on Thursday 21 November will be restricted to attendees with a security clearance.

If you plan on attending the RAAINS 2024 Conference, please submit your clearance in one of the following two ways:

In order to ensure that DISS information will be properly received and processed, please fill out the fields when adding a visit as follows:

Facilities
MIT Lincoln Laboratory is a secure facility. Help us maintain our security by observing the following rules during your visit.
Workshop attendees may have access to the following areas:
- Main Lobby (upstairs reception area)
- S2-180 and immediate surrounding area
- Auditorium and immediate surrounding area
- Cafeteria entrance, cafeteria, and concourse
Access to any other area of the facility requires a continuous escort by a Lincoln Laboratory employee with a white badge.
Personal Devices
Cell phones, smartwatches, and bags (backpacks, pocketbooks, and briefcases) are not permitted in the auditorium. Bluetooth must be disconnected from all devices. Use of cell phones will be restricted to public areas only. All other electronic devices (including cameras, recording devices, laptops, and fitness bands [e.g., Fitbit]) are not permitted in the Laboratory for this event and should be left in your automobile or hotel room. Picture taking, video/audio recording, and Bluetooth functionality are strictly prohibited while onsite at Lincoln Laboratory. Please note that picture taking is also prohibited outside of the buildings.
