Class Descriptions

Cardio Strength - A cardio workout using weights and body weight to perform strength exercises in a manner that gets your heart rate up - SQUATS, PUSH UPS, PLANKS, LUNGES, ETC.  This workout can be performed without weights as well.  This class is held in person or via Zoom.

Hatha Yoga - Encompassing all yoga styles, Hatha Yoga includes relaxation and flexibility poses that focus on stretching, strengthening, and bringing balance to the body and mind. This class is held in person only.

Recess - It's the best part of the day!  We use training ropes, agility ladders, medicine balls, jump ropes and more to create a workout so fun it feels like play.

Ryde - Ride to the rhythm of fun music in this high-intensity indoor cycling class.  Take on the terrain with your inspiring Ryde coach who leads the cycling pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training.  This class is held in person only.

Simply Strength - Using challenging levels of resistance (weights, resistance bands, body weight) with big bang-for-your-buck exercises, this workout focuses on maximizing muscular strength and endurance. This class is held in person or via Zoom.

Step and Strength - This is a choreographed cardio workout that involves a segment of stepping up and down on a platform followed by a segment of strength training.  This class is held in person only.

Zumba® Toning - A blend of Zumba® moves and body sculpting techniques using maraca-like Zumba® toning sticks for an intense strength-training experience.  This class is held in person only.
