Registration

If you have not done so, please register to attend the conference at: https://llevents.ll.mit.edu/aicontestedspace/register. Note that there is a $400 registration fee for all attendees.

Venue & Parking

The workshop will be hosted in the main auditorium at MIT Lincoln Laboratory, located at 244 Wood St. Lexington, MA, 02420

• Note that MIT Lincoln Laboratory is NOT located at MIT Main Campus and requires 30-45 minutes of travel by car from Boston Logan Airport.
• Note that you will not be able to access Lincoln Laboratory from Hanscom Air Force Base. All visitors must arrive through the Wood Street gate. Please proceed to the gate via Hartwell Ave to Wood Street, or route 2A to Old Massachusetts Ave to Wood Street.
• Photo identification for all vehicle occupants must be shown at the MIT Lincoln Laboratory Main Gate

Security

All attendees must be eligible the receive CUI information. As part of the registration process, our security team might reach out to verify CUI eligibility.

Attendees of the final day (Thu, Sep 25) will need to submit their clearances and register medical devices to our security department via DISS or fax. Please follow instructions on  https://llevents.ll.mit.edu/aicontestedspace/security

Electronics & Photography

NO PHOTOGRAPHY IS ALLOWED while on the Lincoln Laboratory campus.
No electronics will be allowed within the auditorium during the TS/SCI day and it is encouraged to leave electronics outside the auditorium even on the unclassified days. Therefore, when possible, it is encouraged to leave electronics within your car before entering the laboratory building.
