Requirements for Presenters

Registration

If you have not done so, please register to attend the conference at: https://llevents.ll.mit.edu/aicontestedspace/register. Note that there is a $400 registration fee that helps cover security, catering, and facilities costs. The fee is required for all attendees, including presenters.

Submission of Final Presentations

Contributed talks will have 20 minutes allotted for their presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A; for a total of 25-minute time slots. Presentations should be in PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF slide format.

Contributed posters will be presented in digital format using large TV monitors. Posters are to be formatted as high-resolution PNG files; we recommend using PowerPoint to build your poster and then exporting it to PNG. There is no default template for the posters; please use your respective organization’s poster templates.

Both contributed talk presentations and contributed digital posters are to be emailed to [email protected] by Friday, Sep 12. Please include in the subject line “PRESENTATION SUBMISSION – [TITLE OF PRESENTATION]” to ensure proper receipt and handling. If presentations are greater than 20MB, please send a message to the above address to receive a secure FTP link to transfer the file.

Presenter Responsibility for Content

Presenters will be held responsible for the contents of the material presented. Thus, they must ensure proper approval for presenting the material has been obtained from their respective organizations and that no classified material is presented unless the talk is scheduled for the 3rd day (Thu, Sep 25) which will be held at the TS/SCI level.

Submission of Security Clearance

All presenters and attendees of the TS/SCI day must submit their clearance information and register relevant medical devices. Please follow instructions on the Security page: https://llevents.ll.mit.edu/aicontestedspace/security
