Security

There are two options for attendees to send clearances / security access forms for the conference. Clearances may be sent via DISS or Fax (paper certs). PERM / TERM CERTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

DISS

In order to ensure that DISS information will be properly received and processed, please fill out the fields when adding a visit as follows:

1. Visit Name: "Attendee Last Name(s) AI Contested Space" (e.g., Smith AI Contested Space)
2. Reason for visit: Workshop
3. Visit access: Collateral / SCI
4. SMO Code: 3G050-MIT LINCOLN LAB VISIT CONTROL-1
5. POC: AIContestedSpace2025
6. POC Name and email: Michael Tierney at [email protected]
7. Additional Information: “Attending the AI for Contested Space 2025 Workshop”
8. From Date: 9/23/2025
9. To Date: 9/25/2025

Note:

If attendee clearances are sent as a group visit on DISS, please create a new visit for any additional attendees rather than modifying an existing visit.

Fax (Paper Certs)

If you do not have DISS availability, please send your clearance via a password protected email to [email protected], or fax the clearance to the number below:

Medical Devices

If you have a personal medical device (e.g., hearing aids, blood sugar monitor, insulin pump, etc.) that will be required during the event, please fill out the medical device aspect of registration or reach out to [email protected] with the following information:

• Name
• Organization
• Phone Number
• Device Make & Model
• Device Type (e.g., insulin pump, hearing aids, etc.)
• Serial / Model Number
• Does the device use wireless technology (Bluetooth, WiFi)? If so, specify which one
• Does the device communicate with the doctor’s office?
